2. What do you mean by Surfing? 
When you "Surf" you are viewing other members websites for 20 seconds each.
When your minimum number of required sites are viewed you earn iCredits.
(ie: 24 minimum viewings earns 24 iCredits when the 24th site has been viewed).

Any additional viewings will add one credit per viewing to a maximum of 100 each day.
You can earn an additional 50 bonus credits when you surf a minimum of 50 sites.

3. How do I earn Advertising Credits? 
iCredits

Advertisers can earn Advertising Credits (iCredits)  by Viewing or "Surfing"
(viewing other websites for 20 seconds each) a minimum of 24 sites per day (as a Consultant) on the iNetSurf Platform that can be used to advertise their own website.

Optionally you may view Text Ads (or Beaps) on your Cell Phone and receive credit for each
ad you view. (COMING SOON)

You are required to have a minimum of 1 (One) site on the network to earn iCredits.

iCredits can be used to place AdSites, AdSearch, AdText, or AdBanners.

4. What is a Preferred Customer 

Preferred Customer Advantage (PCA)

iNetGlobal offers a Preferred Customer program called the Preferred Customer
Advantage (PCA).

Customers and Consultants who wish to purchase iNetGlobal Products and Services
at wholesale price must register as a Preferred Customers.

Preferred Customers can purchase iNetGlobal Products and Services at a 30% Discount
(In the form of a Rebate).

The minimum initial order to qualify for Preferred Customer Discount is $50.00

5. What Are Rebates? 

Rebates

Customers and Consultants who wish to purchase at wholesale must register as
Preferred Customers. Preferred Customers can purchase iNetGlobal Products
and Services at a 30% Discount paid in the form of a Rebate

Preferred Customers / Consultants can receive Basic Rebates in exchange for
viewing a minimum of 24 web sites per day on the iNetGlobal Surfing Platform.

iNetGlobal offers 3 Rebates:

1) Preferred Customer Rebate - 30% (Basic Rebate)
This is available to all Preferred Customers who purchase iNetGlobal Products and
view the minimum number of web sites (24) on the iNetGlobal Surfing Platform.

2) Product Rebates - up to 20%
This is available to iNetGlobal Consultants for Personal Product purchases and the
purchases of their Personal Customers.

3) Volume Rebates (V-Rebates)  - 2% - 10% (Based on Rank)
This is available to iNetGlobal Consultants based on personal Re-Purchase Volume.

6. What is the minimum and maximum purchase of adpacs allowed? 
The minimum purchase is 20 adpacs ($20.00) in a single purchase.

There is No Maximum Advertising purchase. Customers may advertise as much as
they want. Consultants may buy Advertising in any amount for their own Personal
Use or Resale. The 70% rule applies. Distributors must use 70% of their AdCredits
for the month before purchasing more.

7. Am I Guaranteed Rebates? 
Rebates Are NOT Guaranteed

Rebates are based on Company Sales. If the company has NO Sales for the day
there will be NO Rebates that day.
There are NO Guarantees that you will receive
any Rebates.


Rebates are paid as outlined in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan.

8. What are your membership requirements? 

You must be 18 years of age or older to join.

You must sign a Free Surfer Agreement.

You must sign a Preferred Customer Agreement, if you choose
to purchase products.

You must agree to Surf (view other members websites) your minimum
daily amount, based on Rank to earn Rebates and or Rewards

Must follow ALL rules set forth in Terms of Service agreement.

You must Read and Agree to the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan

9. Are there any rules on what kind of websites can be uploaded to iNetSurf Platform? 
iNetGlobal's iNetSurf Advertising Surfing Platform is a family-viewing web site.

Websites advertised on AdPacs Online Advertising will be strictly monitored.
We reserve the right to Approve or Disapprove any site at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Sites include:
  • Pornographic, Lewd, or Inappropriate content
  • Violently or Assaultive content
  • Illegal business schemes
  • Get Rich Quick
  • Gifting
  • HYIP
  • Ponzi Scheme
  • Pay To Click
  • Scam Sites
  • Investment Programs
  • Frame Breakers - Redirects - Pop Ups
We will review all sites before they go up in our Rotator for compliance. Failure
to comply with these rules will result in the site being removed from the AdPacs
Surfing Platform.

10. How many AdPacs accounts can I have? 
Each person or business entity can have only one Ad Pacs account. You must be 18
years of age or older. Each adult in the family can have their own account. Additional
accounts under the same person will be terminated and membership will be revoked.

11. What is your Cash Out Policy 
Cash Out Policy

From your account overview page you can request a cash out. All Commissions
and Rebates will be credited to your Cash Account and available to Cash Out.

Once a Cash Out request is made it will be processed in approximately 10 Business
Days (2 weeks). Requests made on weekends will be counted as Mondays business.

Checks and Wire Transfers are processed once per week.
Card Loads are done 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday)

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE COMMISSIONS OR BONUSES, YOU MUST FILL OUT
AND MAIL US A W-9 FORM. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE.

12. When will my iPoints Complete? 
iPoints Completion

Your iPoints Complete when you have earned the total Rebate amount defined in the
iNetGlobal Compensation Plan All Preferred Customers are entitled to
receive Preferred Customer Discounts / Rebates (Basic Rebates) of 30%.

Consultants / VIPs may earn additional Rebates based on your Personal Sales requirements
as outlined in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan. (Including the 51% Sales Rule).

13. Why was my AdPacs Account deleted? 
You had more than one AdPacs account, or you violated the AdPacs rules for
allowable content on your website or there has been no surfing on your AdPacs
account for 30 days.

14. Do iPoints Expire? 
 iPoints Expiration

iPoints will expire once they have achieved their full Rebates. The basic
Preferred Customer Rebates is 30%.

Additional Rebates are available to fully qualified Marketing Consultants
in accordance with the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan.

 If your account remains dormant for 60 days it may be removed from
the system.

15. What should I do if my AdPacs do not show up in my account? 
If you have placed an Advertising order and do not see the Ad-Credits in your
Account please submit a support ticket. Our support staff will review your account
and make sure that your order is processed right away.

16. If I am away from my own computer for awhile, will I still be able to surf? 

Yes, you can surf from any computer that has an internet connection.

17. Can I advertise my site(s) without having to view other sites? 
Yes you can, but you will not be entitled to earn Credits or Rebates unless you surf
the minimum required sites per day.

AdPacs Members are part of a cooperative business community that works together
viewing each others websites.

18. What should I do if one of my Customers/Consultants does not show up on my account? 
Please send a support ticket and your account will be reviewed by the
support staff and the appropriate action will be taken.

This may require we receive verification from the Customer/Consultant.

21. Why did my Consultant / VIP Rank drop? 
Membership Levels Are Good For 30 Days

Your Rank is based on the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan. You will
only be paid at the level you are qualified for in the previous month.

For example, if you are a Diamond VIP, but only qualify as a Gold VIP,
the next month you will be paid as a Gold VIP.

You can always qualify and move up.

22. Why have the number of my iPoints decreased? 
Once your iPoints have earned the full Rebates according to the iNetGlobal
Compensation Plan, they will expire.

23. What are the required forms I need to have filed with the iNetGlobal Office? 
Required Forms

1) To receive Preferred Customer Discounts you will need to have a Preferred Customer
Agreement on file.

2) To earn Commissions and participate in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan you will need
to have a signed Consultant Agreement on file. This includes the iNetGlobal Policies and
Procedures and Compensation Plan.

3) US Residents will need to have a signed W-9 Application with your SSN or EIN, on file.

24. What Is The Monthly Volume Qualification? 
Monthly Sales Volume Requirements

In order to earn Commissions, Bonuses and additional Volume Rebates
and Rewards in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan, Consultants / VIPs
need to have a minimum monthly Personal Sales Volume.

Consultant ($20.00 Minimum)

Consultants are required to have a minimum of $20 Personal Sales Volume
for the month in order to qualify for all Commissions, Bonuses, Volume
Rebates, and Rewards in the following month.

VIP ($100.00 Minimum)

VIPs are required to have a minimum of $100 Personal Sales Volume
for the month in order to qualify for all Commissions, Bonuses, Volume
Rebates, and Rewards in the following month.

Note: Sales Volume can be from Personal Purchases (Re-Purchases)
or from Personal Sales to Customers.

Any Consultant / VIP who does not meet the minimum volume requirement for 60 days
Revert to Customer status, and will only qualify for Preferred Customer Discount.

Any commissions from  Downline Customers and Consultants will "Roll Up' to the next
qualified Consultant.

25. What is the 51% Sales Rule 
The 51% Sales Rule:

All iNetGlobal Consultants are required to have Personal Retail Customers, based on the 51% Retail Sales Rule. The 51% Retail Sales Rule requires that at least 51% of a Consultant's Personal Sales Volume must be from his or her Personal Retail Customers.

A personal customer is a "Retail Customer" or "Preferred Customer". A Customer is defined as a bona fide product purchaser who buys the iNetGlobal products / services, but who is not solely an iNetGlobal independent Consultant.

A "Preferred Customer" who chooses to become an Independent Marketing Consultant is still considered a Customer.

The iNetGlobal Marketing program is based on the Sales of our Products and Services to Customers

26. What Is The Requirement To Advertise 
Advertising Requirement

You are required to have at least 1 (One) Web Site advertised on the
iNetGlobal Surfing Platform, in order to participate in the Surfing
program, and earn Credits and Rebates.

You are not limited to only 1site. You may advertise as many web
sites as you chose as long as you have Advertising Credits. (Ad-Credits)

(Free Trial Members "Free Surfers" may not advertise)

You may also use your Ad-Credits to place Text Ads on the
Acesse search engine.

There is no limit to the number of Text Ads you may place on the
search engine as long as you have Advertising Credits. (Ad-Credits)

27. Do AdCredits Expire? 
AdCredit Expiration

AdCredits are good for 30 days. Any unused credits will
"Roll Over" to the next month and be available for use.

If AdCredits are still unused for 60 days they will then
"Roll Over" to the next month and be available for use.

If credits are not used in 90 Days they will expire.

28. What Is The Cash Out Limits? 
Cash Out Limits

You may Cash Out funds from your Available Cash Account.

1) Consultants: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum $500.00
Consultants may Cash Out - Once per week

2) Gold Executives: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum Cash Out is $2,500.00
Gold Executives may Cash Out - Once per week

3) Platinum Executives: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum Cash Out is $2,500.00
Platinum Executives may Cash Out - Once per week

4) Diamond Executives: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum Cash Out is $2,500.00
Diamond Executives may Cash Out - Once per day

5) Blue Diamond Executives: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum Cash Out is $5,000.00
Blue Diamond Executives may Cash Out - Once per day

6) Black Diamond Executives: Minimum Cash Out is $50.00 - Maximum Cash Out is $5,000.00
Black Diamond Executives may Cash Out - Once per day

Once a Cash Out is made you may then make a Payment Request:
  • Check
  • Wire Transfer
  • Card Load
Once the Payment Request is made we will process your request in
10-14 Business Days (Approximately 2 Weeks)

29. What is the Advertising Placement Fee 
Advertising Placement Fee

To keep the cost of our advertising low there is a nominal
Advertising Placement fee of 10 Credits. This is a One Time
charge for each site you upload to the Rotator.

This is to cover the costs involved with placement of the ad
which includes Systems costs, and management costs.

Each ad has to manually screened for accuracy and to be
sure is is compliant with our Advertising Terms Of Service
which is a very labor intensive process.

The Placement Fee helps to offset these costs so that we
can keep the iNetGlobal Advertising Services cost down.

30. Is There A Fee To Cash Out 
There is No Fee to Cash out to V-Cash. The V-Cash system will charge
a 1.5% Fee ($500.00 Maximum) for any Cash Out Request.

$25.00 - Domestic Wire
$50.00 - International Wire
